You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your province or territory, if higher) to use the Site or buy from us. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Content on the Site, including peptide profiles, guides, comparisons and FAQs, is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not medical, legal or professional advice, and it is not a claim that any substance is safe or effective for any use. Always consult a qualified professional about your own situation. See our Disclaimer & Research Use Policy.
Products sold by Peptide Authority are intended solely for lawful in-vitro research and laboratory use by qualified adults. They are not for human or animal consumption, and they are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, natural health products or medical devices. By purchasing, you agree that you:
We may refuse or cancel any order if we believe products may be used for any other purpose.
Joining our waitlist does not reserve products, guarantee availability or create any obligation to buy. We will contact you only as described in our Privacy Policy.
All prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Products are subject to availability. An order is accepted only when we confirm it. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, and correct pricing or description errors, and if we cancel an order after payment we will refund the amount paid. Payment is accepted by Interac e-Transfer, and orders ship after payment is received. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
Shipping, delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms. We ship only to addresses in Canada.
You agree not to use the Site to break any law, to infringe anyone's rights, to send spam or harmful code, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to misrepresent your identity or purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Peptide Authority will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its content, or from the use or misuse of any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
