Where We Deliver

Peptide Authority currently serves Edmonton and the Capital Region, including St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Leduc, Beaumont and Fort Saskatchewan. Canada-wide shipping is coming soon — join the waitlist to be notified when your province opens.

Delivery Times

Orders with confirmed payment before 2:00 PM Mountain Time (Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays) are dispatched the same business day, and most Capital Region addresses receive them the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery Rates

Packaging

Vials are sealed, padded and shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. We recommend refrigerating or freezing lyophilized peptides on arrival.

Returns & Refunds

For quality and safety reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email info@peptideauthority.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll replace it or issue a refund.

Payment Methods

We accept Interac e-Transfer. Payment instructions are emailed after checkout, and orders ship once payment is received. No subscriptions or recurring charges.
